Salary Negotiable Depending Upon Experience
We are currently recruiting for a Mitel Engineer to work on both Mitel 3300 and Mitel 5000 products.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing technical expertise
- Managing installation/fault end to end
- Delivering to customer expectations
Other duties for the role include:
- Providing 2nd and 3rd line support
- Running informal training
- Acting as a field engineer and travelling to customer sites
We are looking for candidates who have experience of:
- Mitel 3300
- Mitel 5000
- Mitel IP installation
- Ideally CCNA certified (or equivalent)
- Certifications in either NuPoint, Enterprise/Ops Manager, MAS or Mitel Contact Centre Manager are preferred for the role
