Fresh contract for telecoms supplier

Leading telecoms supplier TWL Voice and Data is celebrating a contract win with freshbaked Business Services Group.
 
TWL has been chosen by the business services group to supply and install a Mitel 5200 IP Telephone System into the company’s new head quarters in Park Place, Cardiff.
 
The telecoms company, which itself has recently relocated to Cardiff won the contract after impressing freshbaked with their extensive telecoms experience and ability to provide a high quality and dependable service.
 
On winning the contract, Ian England, account manager at TWL Voice and Data said: “We are thrilled to have secured a contract win with freshbaked Business Services Group. Having watched the company develop and expand since its inception we are delighted to be working with the business as it enters the next stage of its strategic growth plan.”
 
Using the latest in Mitel communication technology, the new system will enable the freshbaked Business Services Group to make and transfer calls across the company’s divisions, offer its clients voice mail, on demand call recording in addition to allowing employees to transfer calls from office handsets directly through to company mobiles.
