Telecomms Company celebrates flurry of contract wins 24-01-2011

A Cardiff-based telecoms company is celebrating a strong start to the year with a number of new contract wins.

TWL Voice and Data has secured a number of contract wins with businesses in Wales including a contract with Tracesmart, a Welsh based company Tracesmart is a powerful people search engine, a specialist people tracing agency founded in 1999 which helps to reunite long lost family and friends.

The Cardiff based telecom firm was awarded the contract to install VM Ware Virtual Mitel 3300 system in Tracesmart’s head office in Cardiff Bay after a competitive tender.

As Mitel Authorised suppliers in South Wales, TWL will supply Tracesmart with high end technology including computer telephone integration systems that will enable greater flexibility within the workplace.

Paul Weathersby from Tracesmart said: “TWL Voice and Data took on the challenge to meet our needs for a state of the art telecommunications solution. We run an extremely busy office on a day to day basis and TWL were able to get to the root of our needs and came up with a cost effective approach to meet our communication demands.

“We are delighted to be working with TWL Voice and Data and the new fully integrated system will undoubtedly bring further benefits not only to our workforce but also to our clients.”

On securing the contract, TWL account manager Terry Smith said: “The new systems in place will bring added value to the business. The Mitel 3300 systems are designed to integrate two of the most used business tools, the PC and the phone, to deliver real benefits to the user, offering greater flexibility.”

On the back of winning a number of contracts across South Wales including Watts Truck and Van Group and Office Image, the company has also been awarded a number of contracts in England to install and maintain over 20 Mitel 5000 systems for a large UK retailer.
