Project Description

Specialist people tracing agency, Tracesmart moved into brand new premises on the top floor of Global Reach in Cardiff Bay. The company required a state-the-art virtualised telephony solution to sit on their VMware platform and work with Sip trunks.

TWL was chosen by Tracesmart to supply a virtualised Mitel solution with a main office system which sits on the company’s VMware platform (a virtualized IT infrastructure that lets the company reduce overall costs while increasing the efficiency, utilization, and flexibility of the system.) An additional disaster recovery system which is also virtualised has been placed at a remote data centre.  Initially the system will work with fixed digital lines using a border gateway.
