Toshiba's next generation IP featurephones offer a sleek, low-profile design with a stylish tilt stand, matching the design of the current DP5000 series for a uniform design across hybrid installations. Each of the five models in the new IP range comes with a built-in Gigabit Ethernet switch, supporting high speed network connections directly to the desktop. The range also features the same backlit displays, updated button placement and LCD key strips that are available in the DP5000 series.
There is also a new DSS Console for the IP5000 series (IDM5060F), and the existing Add-on Module (ADM) devices available for the DP5000 series can be connected to the IP5000 featurephones (LM5110F and KM5020F).
The IP5000 series of featurephones includes the following models:
- IP5022F-SD - IP hands-free featurephone with 10 programmable keys and a 4-line display.
- IP5122F-SD - IP hands-free featurephone with 10 programmable keys and a backlit 4-line display.
- IP5122F-SDC - IP hands-free featurephone with 10 programmable keys, backlit 4-line display and separate analogue line interface.

New functionality in the IP5000 series
- Gigabit Ethernet switch - Built-in to each model in the IP5000 series. Auto-sensing network speed for 10, 100 and 1000 Mbps.
- LCD key-strip - Available for the IP5131F-SDL. With its 10 programmable buttons, users can dynamically change the labels on this display featurephone. The LM5110F add-on module also features the LCD key-strip and can be used on all IP5000 handsets. The LCD key-strip also makes the IP5000 the perfect choice for hot-desking environments as the featurephone will self-label when the user logs-on.
- Modern new look - Matches the look of the DP5000 series, with a sleek low profile (less than 1-inch thick).
- Large display area for call information - IP5000 featurephone LCDs now display 4-lines of call information, and the IP5131F-SDL provides 9-lines. All IP5000 displays are 24 characters wide, and the LM5110F add-on module is 12 characters wide.
- Backlit LCD - Available on all IP5000s except the IP5022F-SD, allowing the featurephones to be placed anywhere, including low-light environments. LCD backlight can be set to turn off automatically, ensuring minimum power is used.
- Handset/mic mute - Available on all IP5000 models, the enhanced mute allows the handset and microphone to be muted simultaneously.
