The Toshiba Strata Digital DKT2000 series handset phones are no longer manufactured as new and although there are some new ones floating around most people buy refurbished ones, that TWL may be able to help you with.

These phones connect to digital ports in any Toshiba DK or Strata KSU’s including Toshiba DK280, DK424, DK8, DK16 and DK40i phone systems.

All DKT2010 series phones have 10 button function keys and the DKT 2020 series phones have 20 button function keys.  Fixed keys feature buttons include message, microphone, speaker, redial, conference/transfer, hold, and volume up/down. The Toshiba DKT2010-SD can be expanded using up to two Toshiba DADM2020 add on modules

The Toshiba DKT2010-H is the handset only and is normally used in hotel rooms. The Toshiba DKT2010-S is the speaker phone model for hands free use. The Toshiba DKT2010F-SD includes a speakerphone and a 2 line digital display

The DKT 2010F-SD series digital telephones come in white and charcoal colors. The charcoal looks like black so you may think you have a black phone.
